Responsibilities
- Perform commercial service and maintenance calls with minimal supervision.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately.
- Service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment efficiently.
- Inspect equipment, perform diagnostics, and prevent premature breakdowns.
- Complete routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and parts delivery.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promote products and services.
- Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools responsibly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years of HVAC experience and technical training.
- Valid licensing and certification required by law.
- EPA and safety certifications necessary.
- Proficient in servicing HVAC equipment and accessories.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate necessary tools.
- Skilled in reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable record.
- Ability to work flexible hours and in various environmental conditions.
- Capable of lifting heavy items and maneuvering in confined spaces.
