Job Description

We are hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for our Medical Surgical unit at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This full-time position involves night shifts and offers a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside registered nurses to provide safe and caring patient support.
• Document patient data accurately and report observations to the nursing team.
• Assist patients with mobility, personal care, and other activities of daily living.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Perform direct patient care duties and provide clerical support as needed.
• Participate in Purposeful Hourly Rounding and Bedside Shift Report protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• At least two years of acute or long-term care experience preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), PCT, or paramedic certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy is beneficial.
