Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Patient Care Tech (PCT) for the Medical Surgical department at Hillcrest Hospital Cushing in Cushing, OK. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including meal delivery, turning, and mobility support.
• Help with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing and toileting.
• Provide adjunct care like ice packs and dressing changes.
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately.
• Collaborate with nurses and staff while maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Competency in multiple areas of practice.
• Required BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in acute or long-term care.
• Preferred: Completion of CNA, PCT, or EMT-P certification, or current enrollment in nursing school.
