We are looking to hire a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. Responsibilities

• Work alongside registered nurses to support patient care delivery in a safe and healing environment.
• Communicate effectively and carry out delegated tasks under supervision.
• Document patient data, report observations, and ensure safety precautions are followed.
• Take and record vital signs, monitor patient conditions, and assist with basic patient tasks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly patient environment and provide clerical support as needed.
• Participate in hourly rounding and shift reports as directed.
• Perform additional patient care duties and assist with unit maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Ability to work in multiple areas of practice.
• Preferred: 2+ years of acute or long-term care experience, CNA/PCT/paramedic certification, and proficiency in phlebotomy.
