Patient Care Tech / PCT Orthopedic

Job Description

We are hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our Orthopedic Unit at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a PCT, you will work under the supervision of nursing and medical staff, assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring progress, and providing basic medical support.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Observe and report patients' progress to medical staff.
• Take and record vital signs and collect specimens for lab tests.
• Provide patient transport, housekeeping, and help with range of motion exercises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Preferred: Two years of acute or long-term care experience, CNA/PCT/paramedic certification, or nursing school enrollment.
