Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Continuously assess patient condition, report changes, and document care activities.
• Implement and update nursing care plans to achieve expected outcomes.
• Provide patient education on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
• Maintain infection control measures per OSHA standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience or participation in our New Grad Program.
• Active Nursing License in good standing.
• Current CPR Certification (Hands-on BLS).
