We are currently looking for a dedicated Private Duty Nurse (LPN) to join Aveanna Healthcare in Wexford and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care according to physician orders.
• Continuously assess patient condition, report changes, and document care activities.
• Participate in implementing and updating nursing care plans.
• Take necessary nursing actions based on assessments and achieve expected outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on self-care techniques, disease processes, and prevention strategies.
• Maintain infection control measures and comply with Aveanna policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience (New Grad Program available for recent graduates).
• Active nursing license in good standing and current CPR certification.
