We are currently seeking passionate Private Duty Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare in Squirrel Hill and surrounding areas. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-to-one compassionate care for patients, allowing them to stay at home with their loved ones. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Continuous assessment of patient condition and needs, reporting changes to the supervisor or physician.
• Documentation of nursing activities, assessments, and care coordination in a timely manner.
• Participate in the development and updating of nursing care plans.
• Take appropriate nursing actions based on assessments and achieve expected outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
• Maintain compliance with Aveanna policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.
• Active and in good standing nursing license.
• Current CPR certification.
