Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the supervisor or physician.
• Document all care activities, assessments, and nursing actions in a timely manner.
• Participate in the development and execution of nursing care plans.
• Take necessary nursing actions based on assessments to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide patient education on disease management, self-care techniques, and preventive strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Compliance with Aveanna policies, state, and federal regulations.
• Commitment to infection control measures and OSHA standards.
