Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an integral member of our nursing and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, assess their needs, plan and implement care strategies, and evaluate outcomes. You will also offer patient education and support for post-discharge care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care based on assessment and nursing care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide patient education and prepare individuals for post-discharge care.
- Possibility to take charge as operational needs require.
Requirements
- Valid RN license and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to work a minimum of 300 hours per calendar year.
- Completion of orientation program.
