Unit Description: Join the innovative team at The University of Vermont Health Network's alternative care unit, Shep 3 North. We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to care for 18-20 long-term patients with diverse diagnoses. This role involves providing quality care in a long-term care environment, requiring excellent communication and leadership skills. Prior charge nurse experience is preferred, as overseeing LPNs and LNAs on the unit is crucial. Long-term care experience is also advantageous.
On-call: Not required
Incentives: $10,000 RN Sign-On Bonus (pro-rated for part-time roles)
