Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network team. As a Staff Nurse II, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, contribute to multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality patient care throughout treatment and transitions.

Unit Description

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Collaborate as an essential team member for direct patient care and education.
• Prepare patients for post-treatment care and transitions.
• May lead as operational need permits.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• One year of appropriate clinical experience.
• Experience in oncology is a plus.

Incentives

• External candidates with 1 year of experience are eligible for a one-time sign-on bonus of $10,000 (prorated for part-time roles).
