Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Resource RN, you will have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across different units within the UVM Medical Center. This role involves floating between units to help cover inpatient staffing needs, including Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, and Maternal Child units. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is key to providing high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients across multiple inpatient units.

• Utilize broad skills and depth of experience to meet patient needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of direct critical care experience.
• Can-do attitude, flexibility, independence, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
