1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. This role requires working collaboratively with the team to meet productivity goals and ensure quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Experience with powered industrial equipment is a plus.
