3rd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a 3rd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. This position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $27.25 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Operate equipment safely and report any product quality or safety concerns.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and in compliance with company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, both hot and cold.
