2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. The position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour and requires 30-35 hours of work per week. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in efficiently handling stock and preparing merchandise for shipment while maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize tasks and adhere to company standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
