1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position averaging 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership, provide input on process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process enhancements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely in line with established procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Aptitude for independent and team work.
