Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including coordinating job activities, managing direct reports, and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Oversee the receiving, selection, and shipping of products to stores.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to manage direct reports effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a group and resolve problems efficiently.
