Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational plans to enhance team performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in retail management preferred.
