Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of managing a store, preparing you for a future leadership role. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational plans while nurturing your team's development.

Position Type:

Full-Time

Starting Wage:

$27.50 per hour

Earning Potential Year 1:

Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonuses)*

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities to enhance customer service.
• Communicate company values and foster teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain store presentation and product quality.
• Participate in hiring and training store personnel.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and management.
• Experience in operating a cash register and store equipment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 3 years of retail experience. Management experience preferred.
