1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently organizing and handling merchandise within the warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment for our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements suggested to enhance efficiency.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 45 pounds of product.
