Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse standards are met. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized to meet safety requirements.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and support warehouse management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
