Job Title: 2nd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $85,000 per year
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and modify daily work schedules considering warehouse needs.
- Coordinate job activities and tasks of direct reports, overseeing receiving and shipping of products.
- Monitor processes for inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Develop and implement action plans for operational improvement.
- Model company strategy, communicate core values, and foster teamwork among employees.
- Collaborate with operational areas, communicate with management, and provide input for improvements.
Job Qualifications:
- Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to drive for success.
- Lead, align, sustain high performance, take ownership, and think critically to resolve problems.
- Demonstrate collaboration, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to manage direct reports.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds on pallets.
- Continuously standing, sitting, bending, reaching, gripping, and walking throughout the warehouse.
