3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.50 per hour. Your primary responsibilities include efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise in the warehouse, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members, provide input for process improvement, and ensure product quality and safety standards are met.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Possesses excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and placing products up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and operating equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
