We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing store operations, managing schedules, and developing action plans to enhance team performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
