We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at ALDI. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day store activities, ensuring operational excellence, and developing and leading a high-performing team.

Average Hours:

38 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$25.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans for operational improvement
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for team members
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback on products
• Supervise store operations and ensure customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of retail operations
• Prior management experience is preferred

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience
• Prior management experience is an advantage
