Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring operational efficiency, supervising team members, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Work with the direct leader to develop and implement action plans for improved store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities for team development and growth.
• Maintain inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
