Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As part of our store operations, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism and follow ALDI Acts Competencies.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Give feedback on products, inventory, and any issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Previous retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
