Job Description

Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked. Collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
