Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, handling cashier duties, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient stock management.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Comply with established company policies while ensuring document security.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of performing general cleaning tasks up to company standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is beneficial.
