We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment. Your role will involve enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service and collaborating with the Aldi team.

Position Details

  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in all tasks.
  • Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain product displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to deliver courteous and prompt customer service.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Capable of following cleaning standards and company procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
