As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized store environment and providing outstanding customer service. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $17.50 per hour with an average of 32-40 hours per week.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and report feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory activities and adhere to cash policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and operate cash registers.
- Proficient in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
