Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a key part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback on products, and handle cash transactions.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
