Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a key part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment, all while providing exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and perform general cleaning duties.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback on products, and handle cash transactions.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
