Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate proactively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product issues.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and confidential store environment.
• Complete other assigned tasks as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at Aldi.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment safely, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
