Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate Aldi's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash management procedures

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older
  • Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Ability to interpret and follow company policies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail experience preferred
