Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor stock accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Ability to operate store equipment safely
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
