Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our store operates efficiently and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with the team and management
  • Give feedback on products, inventory, and any issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Follow cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of cash register and equipment
  • Understanding and application of company policies
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
