Join our team at ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Provide top-notch customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Conduct inventory checks, report product feedback, and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Support cash handling procedures and follow security protocols

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Customer service skills and cash register operation proficiency
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior retail experience preferred
