Join our team at ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service.
Position Details

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide top-notch customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management
- Conduct inventory checks, report product feedback, and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Support cash handling procedures and follow security protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Customer service skills and cash register operation proficiency
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
