We are looking for a talented Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, performing general cleaning duties, and collaborating with team members to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
