Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and fostering team growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain store cleanliness standards and ensure proper stock levels.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
