Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall store appearance. Your contributions will directly impact the customer shopping experience and the success of our store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandising displays.
• Assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Capability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
