Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, performing various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
- Capable of safely operating store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in multitasking.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
