Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer experience. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers, and contribute to the overall store operations.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
- Capable of using store equipment and following company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
- Combination of education and experience demonstrating equivalent knowledge.
