Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store runs smoothly and provides exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in store inventory counts, and follow cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and maintain data confidentiality.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating store equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Interpret and apply company policies with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
