Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to ensure exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with team members.
- Report product issues, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash policies.
- Adhere to company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and general cleaning.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is a plus.
