Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store operates efficiently and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to inventory management and conduct store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
