Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
