Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and collaboration with the ALDI team will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to prevent losses
- Comply with company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proficient in cash register operation and store equipment usage
- Ability to follow cleaning standards and company guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
- High School Diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
