Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of safely operating store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Educational Background

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
