Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized store, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable at all times.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers as needed
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow established company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality
• Perform additional assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
